"Just a small note to thank you for the day on Friday, the 26th in Toronto. Your experience as both a sales trainer and salesperson in our industry kept us all captivated and your seminar was highly informative and pertinent.
The day flew by and I'm sure that you could have presented us with a sales boot week if time allowed.
A sales seminar is only as good as the ideas and strategies that are presented...and an idea or strategy is only beneficial if it is applied. I plan to certainly apply the "10 Steps for Cold Calling" as part of my prospecting efforts."
